ELLIS PARTNERS IN MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS AND GRACE HILL, INC. ANNOUNCE STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP
Multifamily housing industry to improve leasing performance with Premier Mystery Shopping and Online Education Integration
Dallas, TX, April 11, 2014 – Ellis Partners in Management Solutions (Ellis), a feedback company for the multifamily industry, and Grace Hill, Inc. (Grace Hill), the multifamily industry leader in online education and learning management solutions, today announced a strategic partnership to improve leasing performance by identifying training opportunities from Ellis Mystery Shop results and seamlessly delivering prescribed education through Grace Hill’s Vision Learning Management System (LMS) for mutual clients.
Joanna Ellis, CEO of Ellis Partners shared, “A primary focus in our mystery shopping program has always been identifying training and education opportunities. We’re excited to work with Grace Hill to facilitate targeted online training through Vision LMS to our shared client base.”
Now available upon request to Ellis shopping and Grace Hill Vision LMS clients, the advantages of this integration are that the process of assigning needed training becomes automated for clients and education tools get in the hands of the onsite team members more quickly to help advance lead conversion.
“We are very pleased to be working with Ellis to seamlessly assign essential training as needed for our clients,” commented Joleen Brannigan COO for Grace Hill, Inc. “We remain committed to delivering the very best property management education available and the partnership with Ellis provides an opportunity to automatically manage a task for our busy client administrators that in the past had to be handled manually.”
Once the Ellis shopping report evaluation is completed, Ellis transmits data to Grace Hill electronically for any shop that falls short of a passing score based on each client’s established scoring threshold. Grace Hill then attaches the necessary training modules in Vision LMS for the associate who was shopped. Clients may pre-determine completion dates for assignments, and training administrators and managers may access reporting, status and scores at a glance in Vision LMS.
